How long before I can retake exam after Pearson Vue Proctor rubustly cancelled my exam ?

My exam(SOA-C02 2/22 10 AM PST) was unfairly canceled by Pearson Vue Proctor for "leaning too much toward the screen", I obviously didn't do anything wrong, and I have taken the exam three times which was all fine, but I guess I am unlucky to meet a bad proctor this time, after contacting the Pearson Vue, they said they gonna email me soon, but I just wanted to know how long I can start to retake my exam again because I need my certs in a short time, and I don't care about refund or anything just want to take the exam again as quickly as possible.
Did anyone encounter the same situation and know how long will this process go before we can retake our exam?
