Cannot create a stack from template: ajax error 401

Question

Hi,  
  
when I try to create a stack in AWS console, I get an ajax error 401 and the page quickly reloads. I have tried multiple different template files, also basic examples from AWS guides, but it doesn't work.  
  
In my browser console I can already see an error 401 when I upload the file, although nothing is displayed in the interface.  
  
I'm using my root user.

Wow after searching the web, I found out that my browser was the problem. Solved with this: https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/51082.  
  
Edit: Arguably it's a configuration bug in AWS.
