I need copies of the original invoices sent to us, which include our company name

Open the AWS Billing console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/billing/ . On the Bills page, select a month from the Select billing period. Under the AWS bill summary section, confirm that the bill status is showing as Issued. Choose the Invoiced charges tab.

If you wish to receive the invoices by email, follow the process below:

Access your billing console

On the navigation pane, choose Billing preferences

1. Under Invoice delivery preferences, choose Edit
2. Select PDF invoices delivered by email
3. Choose Update.

Depending on the purchase, AWS sends monthly or daily invoices to the following contacts:

1. The AWS account root user
2. The billing contacts on the Payment preferences page
3. The alternate billing contacts on the Account page
