Is there a way to set the ip conditions of AWS WAF all that once by uploading a list?

Question

You can restrict access to a resource like cloudfront by using AWS WAF. You can create an ip condition that can hold up to 10000 ip addresses or ip ranges.
But these ranges need to be entered manually. I have a list of 200+ ip ranges that all need to be blocked. Is there a way to upload these ip ranges all at once? Perhaps via AWS CLI? Entering all those ip ranges manually would take a long time.
