Hi THere
you mentioned that
The hosted zone has a NS record with the below values: ns-142.awsdns-17.com ns-796.awsdns-35.net ns-1477.awsdns-56.org ns-1862.awsdns-40.co.uk
However if I query your domain NS records, I see different ones.
https://registrar.amazon.com/whois?domain=caunion-tech.com
Name Server: NS-123.AWSDNS-15.COM
Name Server: NS-1340.AWSDNS-39.ORG
Name Server: NS-1563.AWSDNS-03.CO.UK
Name Server: NS-655.AWSDNS-17.NET
Please update the NS records to match that of the hosted zone. Refer to Adding or changing name servers or glue records
The issue you are describing can have multiple root causes. I just start with a very simple one, that you might have already checked:
- After registering the domain: Did you create a public or private hosted zone to create these entries? For your use case it should be a public hosted zone.
It is strange because usually the name server should end with -00 for private hosted zones but if I query these server directly and ask for NS or SOA entries I get "REFUSED".
Yes, it's the public hosted zone and the zone has been created. Don't know why the domain name cannot be resolved.
Do you need further info to solve this problem?
