TO MIGRATE TO AMAZON SES API VERSION 4

About a year and half ago i mistakenly unsubscribed my client email address from my email list. I realised this mistake later and since all efforts to resolve this error have failed. This text pop ups anytime i try contacting my client ( MIGRANT TO AMAZON SES API VERSION 4 ) Please anyone willing to help can contact me . I can send some screenshots in order to give you an IDEA of the problem. No problem at all about " TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE "
