Amazon SES Production Access : Keeps getting tagged as resolved without any reply from the support

Hi,

Anyone knows the reason why my request shows as resolved but when i checked the status, it is still in sandbox mode. I keep reopening the case, but after like 6-7 hours, it will automatically tagged as resolved without any reply from them. Here are the case ID : 13071389371 13052708761 12973027091

Using our internal tools, I checked the details of the support cases that you have mentioned and noticed that these cases were resolved. While checking the details I noticed that while 2 of your 3 listed support cases were resolved without any correspondence but your support case ending in 7091 was addressed.

Checking this support case, I do see that SES Trust and Safety team which is responsible for checking the use case of customers to approve or grant production access has mentioned that the final conclusion from their end is that they were unable to grant your production access request. I can see that the team has also mentioned that they would not be able to assist further regarding this issue and that there wouldn't be any additional messages on this subject. This is the reason that your support cases regarding this issue are being marked as resolved.

For more information I would request you to go through the support case ending in 7091.

  • Is there any other way to get production access? We have production access from the old account with same use case. The website were transferred to a new owner and everything have been transferred to a new account except for amazon ses as we are still getting denied for production access.
