Hello,
With the current information you have provided about processing Apache logs with LightSail in real-time, I believe this will help.
With LightSail, you are able to install Apache and browse the logs similarly to your current configuration. For Linux these logs are located at: /var/log/httpd
You can also run Lambda functions in real-time/near real-time to process these log files and send them to an S3 bucket for archival purposes. Below are links to Lambda, S3, and LightSail to get you started on a solution that will work for you.
