How to get attention from AWS support to get this cluster out of MAINTENANCE state sometime this century?

Hi, it would be helpful which AWS service you are referring to. For example, is this an EMR cluster or ECS cluster ?

The fastest method to get support is to create a support ticket from the AWS Console using Support Center. This requires a valid support contract for the AWS account in question.
