Instance stuck in shutting down status

Question

Hi, I've a lightsail Linux instance with Wordpress. After 1 year, this morning it started to have troubles. The CPU is ok but the instance became unreachable. I tried to reboot it, but no luck. So I shutted it down but not it's a while the instance is in the status shutting-down.

I guess there is some issue with the underling host.

How can I unblock this situation?
