Converting VMDK to EC2 of Fortimanager anf Fortianalyzer but getting error

aws ec2 import-image fails with error "ClientError: Unknown OS / Missing OS files."

Any way around this?

Trying to avoid having to do a new build for full migration. I just want to use the VMDK I have since fortimanager is supported in AWS anyway, it shouldn't matter.
