Basic support plan access?

In AWS Online documentation it states "All support plans provide 24/7 access to customer service". But there doesn't seem to be a way to access customer service unless you're at least as Developer plan. You can not write, chat, open ticket, phone or anything with basic only, only use the online search such as this re:post, perhaps I'm missing something. How can you access customer service on a basic plan?

All AWS customers, including those on the Basic Support plan, can create support cases for account and billing questions in the AWS Management Console. This allows you to get direct help with billing and account-related issues

With the Basic Support plan, you have 24/7 access to customer service, AWS documentation, whitepapers, and the AWS re:Post community forums. These resources can be very helpful for general questions and troubleshooting

Basic Support also provides access to the AWS Resource Center, the Service Health Dashboard, Product FAQs, Discussion Forums, and support for Health Checks. These resources are designed to help you manage and troubleshoot your AWS services effectively​

It may be easier to understand if you read the following document.
Even with the basic support plan, it is possible to contact AWS support.
However, the details that can be inquired about are less compared to other plans.
For example, technical inquiries cannot be made under the basic support plan.

All AWS customers automatically have 24x7 access to these features of Basic Support:

  • One-on-one responses to account and billing questions
  • Support forums
  • Service health checks

  • Hi Riku, the link only provides the general info stating what we already know and not howto. In the end after many links and loops I found the right link. The "24x7 customer access" is only for account questions which wasn't previously clear. But thank you for answer.
