I am communicating in AWSWickr not only with my network, but t=with outside of the network! but today it stopped working and I cannot send messages anymore to the users outside of the network

Are you communicating to the users outside network via federated access? Administrators have the ability to restrict access using network-ids or deactivate federation. Please check the FAQ link below and search for "External federation" for more details.
