I would check out the AWS CLI which is a powerful command line tool that can provide you with more options. Here is a link which documents the possibilities for advanced querying of work doc history:

Thank you for the quick reply, @Bryant! Are you aware of 1/any non-programming, non-CLI alternatives to view more than 50 lines of WorkDoc Activity, 2/and/or anyone who can help a non-programmer use AWS CLI?
Sorry, I am not aware of any other technique to get this information.
If you are an admin, you might be able to filter by file the entire site activity using the information below:
