How do I notify AWS of a Blueprint Fault to LAMP 8.3.24?

I use AWS Lightsail. I noticed an upgrade to the LAMP blueprint from 8.3.23 to 8.3.24. I created a new Instance using the Blueprint. When I load the SSH Terminal, it tells me the package is from Bitnami 8.3.23.

How do I notify AWS so they can correct the fault?

This is the way by AWS support:

If you have a support plan (even the basic one), you can:

  1. Go to the AWS Support Center.
  2. Click “Create case”.
  3. Choose “Technical support”.
  4. Describe the issue clearly: o Mention the blueprint name and version (LAMP 8.3.24). o Include the instance ID and region. o Explain that the SSH terminal shows Bitnami 8.3.23 instead of 8.3.24.

  • With the basic plan, technical support case option won't be available.

Thanks for your reply. I was hoping to be able to notify them without paying for a Support Contract. This is a fault I presume they would like to remedy. I'm not looking for technical support for my system.
