To index more than 100 SharePoint URLs with Amazon Kendra, you have a few options:

• Use the Enterprise edition of Amazon Kendra. The Enterprise edition allows indexing documents from up to 50 data sources. Each data source can connect to multiple SharePoint sites/URLs, allowing you to index content from more than 100 SharePoint URLs.
• Index the SharePoint sites in batches or stages. You can index content from the first 100 URLs, then update the index configuration to include more URLs in subsequent batches once indexing of earlier URLs is complete.
• Contact AWS support for a limit increase. It may be possible to request a limit increase beyond 100 URLs if your use case requires it.
• Consider alternative solutions like custom connectors. If the standard SharePoint connector does not meet your needs, you could explore building a custom connector to index content from multiple SharePoint sites in a single connection.
