I can't stop/close my redshift cluster

Dear Team,

since 6 hours I tried to pause/close the redshift cluster which I created and it shows always 'modifying/pausing'.. So I created a second cluster and used it. After using I want to stop both clusters because of the costs.. However, I can't. So the problem never happened to me and I do want to close them before I go to sleep... because it costs every minute. Can you please help me to do that? I will appreciate it.
