Cloudformation stuck at UPDATE_ROLLBACK_COMPLETE_CLEANUP_IN_PROGRESS

Hi AWS team, my cloudformation is stuck at status UPDATE_ROLLBACK_COMPLETE_CLEANUP_IN_PROGRESS, cloud you please help unlock it or just delete it. The stack id is arn:aws:cloudformation:ap-southeast-1:328672240902:stack/sj-smart-farm-aws-dev/26cf39f0-bc2c-11eb-80b3-0a07c0be2c3a

The cause is I click on the cancel operation action when it is processing the rollback after my custom resource has failed.
