Not Able to reimport SSL certificate in AWS certificate manager

I have got SSL certificate from GoDaddy and trying to reimport into certificate manager but it showing me error while trying i have used many documents from aws or other services still not able to put in right fields. I have .crt .pem .chained.crt .bundle.crt

Which one is need to be in respective field specifically

this is the error which im getting while trying to add in CERTIFICATE PRIVATE KEY section The certificate private key provided is not in a valid PEM format.

That error is an error that occurs when the PEM format is not a valid PEM format as stated in the URL destination I shared. Please review the following documents and convert to a valid PEM format before registering. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_credentials_server-certs.html#server-certificate-troubleshooting
