Unable to SSH into instance

Hello,

I'm unable to SSH into my instance or access its public website. When it boots up, it says it failed the "instance status check". It's located in us-east-2a. It's an ubuntu 16.04 server, and it happened after a reboot. After rebooting, it started giving the error, and is inaccessible over the internet. I've confirmed the security group rules are correct, and I've tried rebooting a few times.

I just spun up a new instance and restored from backup.
