Workspace Excle Error

Hello.

In my AWS-workspace A error occurred. I coldn’t solve the problem so please tell me the way to fix it.

1 Create excel file in my AWS-workspace . 2 Then open the excel file on the other person’s AWS-workspace . 3 Then displayed “the excel file is broken “.

In my AWS-workspace the excel file is completely normal . But in the other person’s AWS-workspace the excel file is broken.

We team guessed the message “the excel file is broken “ is correct . My AWS-workspace excel environment might be broken somewhere .

I tryed to slove it on the web searching but I couldn’t find any answers. Please tell me if you know anything about this error .

How is the file being transferred between the your Workspaces instances and the second person's? Or are they on a shared filesystem somewhere?

You might try creating a hash of the file on the first instance and comparing it to the hash of the file on the second instance to make sure that the file hasn't been modified in transit. There are a few free MD5 and SHA256 hash tools available for Windows.

  • Thank you. I'm sorry for the late reply, I haven't had plenty of time recently. It seems that my workspace has broken down independently. Now I have changed my project and real workplace. So the problem is now fixed for now. Thank you so much.
