"server response error0. undefined" - how to solve?

Hi, Our app has log-in issue (doesn't let us log in) with "server response Error0. undefined" message. We had some account issue but it's been solved and this message persists. The original region is Frankfurt but with temporary use of Tokyo and the console keeps showing N. Virginia. AWS suggested us to post here to solve the issue. Any help appreciated. Thx
