AWS Synthetics Canaries is updating base image even when update base image option is not selected.

I'm experiencing some difficulties with setting up an AWS Synthetics Canary run that involves image comparison. The problem I'm facing is that the base image is being updated even when I haven't selected the option to update it. I'm running the Canary on the "run once" option, but the base image keeps getting updated with every run, which hampers the effective use of the image comparison functionality. To prevent caching, I have used environment variables to update the URL's query. I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations regarding this issue.
