List of Oracle on RDS Limitations and Restricted Permissions

I have a client who is starting to use Oracle on RDS in preparation for a database migration. They have become frustrated with the lack of SYSDBA access because it breaks a lot of their processes.

For instance, they hit this issue https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=147862 and had to grant select_any_catalog to their user to gain access to all the things they need but the do not like the possibly security implications that accompany that.

The result of this is they have requested some documentation around the limitations of RDS Oracle specifically what things they can not do on RDS that they can do with Oracle on EC2. So does anyone have such a list I can pass on to the client or some recommended reading for them other than http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/Appendix.Oracle.CommonDBATasks.html
