local configuration setting to sent data from local .Net to MSK cluster through SASL/SCRAM

Hi I wonder how to send data from local .Net application to AWS MSK? (I have enabled public access to the cluster after creating the MSK cluster, I have meet conditions to activate: Public subnet, Secure authentication and encryption are introduced in this https://docs.aws.amazon.com/msk/latest/developerguide/public-access.html)

Any configuration needed to be done in the local client side? I have download kafka locally, how to send data through kafka to MSK cluster?
