API Gateway to 443 ALB response 500

I have a private application load balancer with 443 listener, but when I create api gateway to this ALB, it always response Internal Server Error. I have tried HTTP API with VPC link and REST API with NLB (target group is ALB).

Also ensure your ALB SG allows access
