How to use MQTT retained messages in custom Greengrass components?

The Greengrass IPC doesn’t support sending of MQTT retained messages at this time, but I recommend checking out a different solution like Shadow: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/greengrass/v2/developerguide/ipc-local-shadows.html
