AWS SES Request production access

Hello,

A few days ago we sent a request for access to production, as a result there was no answer, we tried again, there was no answer either, almost a week had passed since the first sending. After sending the request, a message was displayed that the application will be considered within 24 hours, after refreshing the page, a proposal to send a request for production access is displayed again.

The status of sending the request is also nowhere to be seen, in the AWS console. How can we know the status of our request?
