AWS Load Balancer Controller SA created with empty secret and token

Hi,
I am creating service account for AWS Load Balancer Controller, SA is created but with empty secret/token?
What can be the issue?

It seems it was SA that was created when I used eksctl, when I create EKS by using terraform, I can't see this SA. I am not sure if it's important. ALB works without it.

Do you have secret created already?
Which secret do you mean? I use helm to install, helm should install all the stuff.
