MediaConvert HEVC -> forcing hvc1 tag in an HLS output group?

Hi!

The only way I was able to get MediaConvert to output an hvc1 tag for HEVC videos was to use the CMAF container; MediaConvert ignores the WriteMp4PackagingType if the output group isn't CMAF.

However, you can't use vp8/vp9 in a CMAF container.

I couldn't figure out how to get MediaConvert to output the hvc1 tag instead of hev1 tag using the HLS output group. Has anyone been able to do this successfully? Safari won't consume the hev1 tag, which is why this is an issue.
