Error Adding a lambda function to a cloudfront distribution

I have a basic cloudfront distribution that uses a s3 bucket as origin. But when I add a lambda function it shows the following error:
Here is the distribution configuration:
And the function is set as the padrom for leading with cloudfront. The model is Modify HTTP response Header.

What does the Lambda function do?
Also, are the required IAM roles set for the Lambda function?
