ECR Public Custom Alias ... pending for months

I created a public ecr registry and setup a custom alias that went into the status of pending. I did this sometime in November. I'm still waiting on it to leave the status of pending to approved/ready. This is my personal account so I don't have support hours or plan. I'm not sure how to get it out of pending and I can't delete it either. Any advice?
