Hi,
As of 14:21 (UTC+1) on 25th Oct 2021, we attempted to terminate the below instance and it got stuck in the 'Shutting-down' state.
Instance: i-08eec48d3ebae9b73 Region: eu-west-1
Can we please get it terminated.

It took some time, but the instance appears to be terminated now.
