Hello. I'm having problem with the connection and slowness of the VPS server. This problem occurs daily from 11:00 am to 19:00 pm. I have problems accessing the VPS and when I can access it, it is very slow, not allowing me to open any files. In other periods it works perfectly, only in the mentioned periods I have no success in accessing, the VPS is unfeasible for use due to connection problems and slowness. I would like to resolve this issue. I use the free VPS at the moment. Can you help me with this problem?
You should open a technical support case at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support from the account in which the resource is located, and provide this information as well as the EC2 Instance ID. This isn't something that people here will be able to provide and answer too.
