When I use the AWs toolkit extension in Visual Studio proper, I am not seeing the image in the App runner section of AWS. When I right click on a project within my solution and then chose App Runner with Docker for Windows Desktop running, and select publish, I don't see the image on the server. I tried to switch my region from us-east-2 to us-east -1.
