is something wrong with the EU-West region servers?

All 3 of my servers are really unstable. I launched a new instance, stock install of approved Debian from marketplace - and nothing else - and this too is up and down like a yoyo.!

I think it started Friday evening (BST) All my instances are unstable. I've made no changes to them. If I reboot them, they might last 10 min, then they are unreachable - HOWEVER, the EC2 dashboard says that they are fine. It's like locally they are ok, but external access is "hit or miss"

Hello.

I checked the service status from the URL below, but there doesn't seem to be any problem.
If you have problems with access, you may need to check the security group and network ACL settings.

This has happened again. this is the 3rd weekend where I cannot access my instances from both my network and a seperate network. the last 2 times it "magically" fixed itself both Monday Mornings without me doing anything.

This is getting silly. I'm 100% convinced there is issues at Amazon at the wekends and they are either not telling us or no one actually works the weekends to monitor access issues.
