Cloudwatch custom metric not showing in AWS Grafana

Question

Hi,

I have created a custom metric that is not showing in aws grafana,

aws grafana is setup in a different account and has access to cloudwatch in the source account. I can see all aws metrics and logs as well containerinsights etc but none of the metrics i made are in there

At present none of them have dimensions, is that a blocking factor?

Namespaces of Custom Metrics
        Grafana can’t load custom namespaces through the CloudWatch GetMetricData API.

To make custom metrics appear in the data source’s query editor fields, specify the names of the namespaces containing the custom metrics in the data source configuration’s Namespaces of Custom Metrics field. The field accepts multiple namespaces separated by commas.

Also, make sure you have correct name in namespaces. It is case sensitive.
