How can I verify my AWS account?

I tried to create an AWS CloudFront Distribution service but got the message "your account must be verified before you can add new CloudFront resources".

I had verified my email during creation of the account and I believe that is what they are asking for.

In this type of case, what do I do?

Try the following CloudFront limit increase requests.
