Wordpress admin login reset not working | Lightsail | Bitnami

Question

Uploading new files to make the site live in WordPress, but logged out of WordPress and no users are being able to log in. Even after resetting the password in the terminal using bitnami command, I am not being able to log in to www.site.com/wp-admin. Please help to find a solution to this.

Is it possible to connect to the WordPress database you are using?  
If possible, try following the steps below to directly edit the WordPress administrator's password in the database.  
However, this operation is very dangerous and should always be performed after a backup has been made.

You will find the database password in this file.  
Execute the following command to confirm.  
```
sudo cat /home/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-config.php
```

Hi,
We tried every step there with the default user and pass. Does not get me in. The link for "Modify the database password" show a 404 page, is there an active page?
