Amazon Connect Conference Chat

I have two requirements

1. Agent in Amazon connect instance can chat with other agent of the same instance
2. Multiple agents are allowed to join same chat like conference where customer, agent, other agent should be present in one chat.

I tried to find details, not able to find the information to integrate above in connect instance
