Domain registration with route 53 failure

getting this email, what could be the problem Dear AWS customer,

We recently received an online request from your AWS account to register the following domain name:

heviktech90.com

We weren't able to register the domain name. This is because:

Hello.

Perhaps we, the users, need to check with AWS support as we cannot determine from the content of that email alone.
Please contact AWS Support by opening a case with "Account and billing".
