Looked all over the internet, and Im finding conflicting answers.
My CSAA expires nov 16th, but Im not ready to take the pro exam, and my my CSAA will likely expire before I can sit the exam.
Do I need to retake the CSAA exam before the Pro level if I wish to have both, or can I just take the Pro level to renew the expired Associate level cert?

The reason I ask, is because the quoted verbiage below, from the this page also linked below, gives the impression that it will count for recertification of my expired cert?

I guess my issue here, is that I cannot find any source that explicitly states it will not renew an expired cert

Notice the word "current". Also, I know this from personal experience. I let my associate lapse for a couple weeks and took the pro exam and that did not recertify my associate.
Oof. Well it sounds like I have to take an extra test then. I really want to have "all five".
