Cloud9: Deploy SAM Application option missing

Question

Hi All, 
I am trying to deploy a sample lambda Application using Cloud9. I couldn't find "Deploy SAM Application" option under the lambda node in AWS explorer. Screengrab below.  Am I missing something ? 
Please note that this is a new free tier account and unsure if there are restrictions attached

Hey,

We are replacing the `Deploy SAM Application` option with `Sync SAM Application` to speed up the deployment process of lambda functions. Under the hood `Deploy SAM Application` uses `sam deploy` and `Sync SAM Application` uses sam sync which achieves a similar result. The `Deploy SAM Application` option can still be enabled in preferences at `Project Settings > AWS Toolkit > Aws > Samcli: Legacy Deploy`.

For the time being, we'll keep `Deploy SAM Application` as a default choice but `Sync SAM Application` will most likely be the default option going forward.
