I am not sure if this is the right place to provide some customer feedback regarding Amazon Chime. As a heavy user, we recommend Chime product team to consider below to feature enhancement in the future.
- adding "recall" function into chat box to avoid sensitive message sending into a wrong group.
- adding "make-up" function into video setting.
