Workdoc - invite or add

I have co-owner right but cannot invite or add the person into workdoc folder access. If I try it , You do not have permission to perform this action, message pups up

I discovered I have two account in Workdoc which are .co.jp and .com This issue was solved to use the correct account so would like to close this question.
