Inspector2 dashboard issue in the delegated admin account

Inspector2 is enabled in our aws org for few accounts. in the delegated Inspector2 account the dashboard displays 0 critical and 0 total findings, which is not true as there are findings in other accounts. Also the AWS accounts with most critical findings, ECR repositories/container images with most critical findings lists are empty too. if I goto all findings, its all there. any ideas about why they are not shown in the dashboard?
