Italy - Milan alternative SMTP Server

Dear Community, Based on the actual documentation (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/smtp-credentials.html) there is no possibility to create a SMTP servers in the Italy - Milan region. Do you know a solution or a workaround to use the SES service for solutions and services located in Italy?
