I submitted a request for production access to Amazon SES almost a week ago and have yet to receive any communication on the status of this request. This delay is causing significant inconvenience for my project.
I have also created a separate case for technical assistance three days ago but have not been assigned an engineer yet. I understand that teams can be busy, but I need to move forward with my project, and this delay is becoming a critical issue for me.
Are there additional steps that I need to take to expedite this process? Or is there a way to escalate this issue for quicker resolution? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
