Can't add an Application to the IAM Identity Center

Hi. I've created an instance of the IAM Identity Center on one of our AWS accounts. I need to create a new application but the "Add Application" button, which should be top right on the "Applications" section button is missing from the UI. My user clearly has sufficient permission to manage the ID Center, but do i need something extra to be able to create applications?

(As a bit of extra background info, we do have an organisational level ID center configured on our parent AWS account, but i've enabled an instance level ID center on one account in order to do some testing without messing with our production environments)

Probably, but you cannot add applications to account instances.

Also, to add an AWS managed application, you need to do it from the console of the relevant AWS service.
