EC2 key problem

I am using EC2, and I use a .pem file to connect to EC2 from my pc, one day i use PuTTY to connect with that .pem file, I can't connect to my EC2.How to resolve this?

Another approach (last option): Also, here guide for this. If you need to fix configurations or keys from within the broken system itself, you can manually mount the volume on a rescue instance and use chroot.
